Our Debut Commissioned Work & Private Ceremonial Space
Whimsy meets ceremony in this sculptural, earthen roundhouse-style retreat tucked in the red rocks of the American Southwest. Crafted from locally sourced clay soil, this space was designed to reflect the essence of its owners and the surrounding landscape. By fully embracing them in earth, soft charm, and subtle invitations to heal, 'The Lily' playfully guides it's inhabitants through a journey of the soul.

Each piece we create unfolds as a ceremony–from ground breaking to ribbon cutting. ‘The Lily’ was no exception, and its creation was a joyfully collaborative process. This work was inspired by the intention and essence of its patrons, brought to life by our team, enhanced by local artisans, and guided throughout by our TerraTheta vision. As the physical embodiment of an intention, it is more than just a dwelling–it is a cohesive sculpture, an amalgamation of earthen forms merging together as a functional space that serves as a sanctuary.
A Dwelling as Medicine
Grounding earth elements paired with elevating sculptural forms provide both security and freedom-two key elements in feeling safe to let go. Rich with sacred symbolism, flora and fauna archetypes dance across her walls, resonating deeply with ancient human spirituality. The reciprocal roof spirals upwards, encouraging a path of elevation and growth.
Lessons of the Senses
The eye tracks seamlessly along the round-house wall, with each pass revealing new details. The use of natural clay soil is apparent in texture that invites touch. The walls are cool underhand. Sunlight pours through the antique stained glass Lilly, casting vibrant color across a rust-marbled adobe floor. A sculpted, spiraling tree is glittered with golden flakes of straw and radiant with streaks of locally harvested pigments-green, yellow, purple, red, white. Each sense engages to explore the relationship between material, artistic process, and soulful dwelling space.
