Because each TerraTheta dwelling is an inhabitable sculpture—bespoke, ceremonial, and deeply intentional—we accept only 1–2 commissions per year.
Owner and artist Valerie Østvik (read her story here) brings her full creative attention and physical presence to just one build at a time—ensuring that when it’s your turn, you receive her complete focus. While we may accept multiple design commissions concurrently, our construction schedule is intentionally paced so each dwelling can be brought to life with the depth, care, and presence it deserves.
Now Creating: Hyphae Nouveau
We are currently working within our Hyphae Nouveau series: ceremonial roundhouse dwellings inspired by the grounded intelligence of mycorrhizal networks and the whimsical elegance of early Art Nouveau. Full details will be shared soon. In the meantime, we invite you to explore our latest work—The Lily—the first in the series.
